Exploration
At this stage, we hold an initial meeting with the working team, as well as the upper management, to assess the status quo and determine wether our interventions would be beneficial to the client. this step includes a site visit and at least 1 meeting with upper management and the working team.
Evaluation
After analysing the status quo and ensuring that our intervention would benefit the client, we will dive deeper into our services. During this phase, our team will visit your facility multiple times a week and spend extensive time with the working team to collect, analyse, and simulate data on advanced computer solutions. This simulation allows the team to stress-test multiple solutions before actually implementing them on the ground.
This step also includes a preliminary assessment of the digital transformation in the factory, and providing a plan on where the facility can improve.
Execution
After data collection, solutions development and simulation, the prioritized solutions will be implemented. We will work with the assigned working team to implement the solutions and measure the success, then prepare a presentation to the upper management. The presentation will include all implemented solutions with their financial impact and other possible solutions with an estimation of their investment cost and impact.
If digital transformation or Automation is found to be critically beneficial, it will also be presented.
